Sterling Staffing Solutions Wins World’s Top Business Awards

Sugar Land, TX – Sterling Staffing Solutions announces it has won two of the world’s most coveted prizes in business – the Gold Stevie Award – in the categories of Minority-Owned Business and Veteran Owned Business.

Sterling Staffing Solutions was recognized in one of the Stevie Award’s seven international categories – The 16th Annual American Business Awards. Past winners include Apple, Ford Motor Company, AT&T, Cisco, and Cigna. This is the company’s second year winning a Stevie Award for Minority-Owned Business and the first for Veteran Owned Business.

“We are honored to be named one of the leading businesses in the world,” said Stephen Carter, CEO, and partner of Sterling Staffing Solutions. “Client retention, diversification of service offerings and strategic growth have contributed to our success,” he said. “A commitment to community involvement, quality care and exceeding customer expectations have been the keys to our business success,” said Sterling Carter, COO, and partner of Sterling Staffing Solutions.

The judges cited the twin brothers’ service in the U.S. Forces prior to becoming business owners and their community service. Judges also noted business revenue growth to $4.4 million annually and a 41 percent growth in staff during 2017.

The Stevie Award trophy is one of the world’s most coveted prizes. Since 2002 the Gold Stevie Award has been conferred for achievement in business to organizations and individuals in more than 60 nations. The mission of the Stevie Awards is to recognize and generate public awareness of excellence in the workplace worldwide. The name Stevie is taken from the name Stephen, which is derived from the Greek for “crowned.”
