Throughout 2020, We at COLOR saw how borders were being redefined and how in the virtual space our thought leadership can reach more professionals of COLOR than before. In 2021, COLOR made it our goal to expand our D&I leadership and build lasting relationships beyond our Boston footprint. We are excited to introduce you to the newest member of our team, our goal maker and Media Sales Executive, Jerome Miles.
Jerome Miles hails from Massachusetts and recently relocated to Florida. He brings 25 years of experience developing and implementing superior sales strategies. A Dale Carnegie-trained branding, marketing, and sales leader, Jerome directed sales and marketing for the Phillips Group, operators of The Boston Bowl for nearly a decade. Prior to The Phillips Group, Jerome served as Advertising Account Executive for the Patriot Ledger, exceeding revenue by 40%, earning over $2 million in a single year.
“I am excited to be involved with a publication that celebrates diversity and people of color,” Jerome explains. “It’s important for me to support the communities I serve and to understand the needs of each client; I want to tailor a solution that helps you achieve your goal.”
