Kim Manigault, CPA

Executive Vice President & Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer — KeyBank

Kim Manigault, CPA, is Executive Vice President & Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for KeyBank.  In this role she is responsible for setting strategies and procedures to ensure Key maintains a diverse and inclusive workforce, workplace, and marketplace. Kim is also a member of KeyBank’s Executive Council.

Prior to this role, Kim was the CFO for the Technology, Operations, and Procurement groups and served as a member of the Technology Investment Committee.  In that role, Kim partnered with Key’s CIO, and managed a team that provided strategic support and financial guidance for the division CIOs for all of KeyBank’s businesses.  Her team was also responsible for supporting the various operations groups and enterprise security functions.

Immediately prior to joining Key, Kim held several critical leadership roles during her tenure with Bank of America. With over 20 years in the accounting, finance and capital markets professions, Kim has extensive experience in global banking, strategic planning and has proven expertise in process re-imagining and project management. Kim is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Cleveland YMCA, is recently served as the Board Treasurer and Chairperson of the Finance Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, where she serves as co-chair of the Audit Committee.  

Kim has a BS from Rutgers University, is a CPA and is Six Sigma certified. Kim was recently recognized as CFO of the Year by the National Association of Black Accountants and was named as a Top Executive in Corporate Diversity by Black Enterprise.
