Currently residing in New Orleans, Louisiana, Chef Williams has graced the city for many years with his culinary talents and popular dishes such as his Creole Gumbo and Turkey Neck Stew. As a Creole cuisine expert, Chef Williams’ motto in the kitchen is “I ain’t new to it, I’m true to it”.
