Dr. Tiffany Cardoza Jadotte has more than 15 years of leadership and strategic human resources experience. Her collaborative and strategic leadership approach has yielded a reputation of success by supporting organizations in valuing and transforming their culture through a commitment of respecting and enhancing the well-being of all stakeholders.

Dr. Jadotte currently serves The Dimock Center as Vice-President of Human Resources (“VP of HR”).  In her capacity as the VP of HR, she provides strategic design, leadership development, and counsel on various human resources policies and programs for the entire organization. Additionally, Dr. Jadotte is serving as a committee member for the Massachusetts Healthcare Collaborative, a convening group uniting healthcare leaders identifying workforce development opportunities across government, educational institutions, industry, and public organizations led by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Governor Baker’s Workforce Skills Cabinet and Secretary Acosta’s Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. Furthermore, she is also an adjunct professor for Southern New Hampshire University’s Online Master’s in Organizational Leadership program teaching Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, Cultivating Organizational Culture and Labor & Employee Relations courses.

Dr. Jadotte earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Organizational Leadership degree from Northeastern University and MBA and B.S. (Human Resource Management) degrees from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She also holds active certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society of Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She resides in the Plymouth County area of Massachusetts with her husband, Fetchner Jadotte, Esq., and daughter, Aubrey.
