Dr. Craig A. Smith is the Founder and Executive Director of Fostering Success Boys to Men, Inc. and Co-Founder of Student Management K-12, LLC, an educational consulting company. He holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University, Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Gifted and passionate to work with youth and young adults, his ability to connect with individuals and build solid relationships has truly been impactful in his work.
As a seasoned educator, Dr. Smith has worked in a host of educational institutions. He has worked as an adjunct instructor for several local colleges and universities teaching on the topics of Adolescent Development, Abnormal Psychology, Personality Assessment, Leadership Development and the First Year Experience, Educational Leadership and Management. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Student Retention and Success and the Director of the Scholars ACT 101 program at Montgomery County Community College where he utilizes his academic and personal experiences to impact change.
With over 15 years of direct experience providing access and opportunity to the disadvantaged, he wholeheartedly understands the plight of today’s youth. His professional work as a counselor, adjunct faculty member, mental health professional coach and mentor has grounded his work in the field.
