Women Who Lead in Tech
According to a recent career and workplace article in the Boston Business Journal, the highest glass ceiling has still been tough to break for women in the Massachusetts business community and only 1 of the top 25 largest publicly-traded companies in Massachusetts has a female chief executive. Women leading in tech and STEM continues to be a challenge. One way to help break down these barriers is for women and people of color to see themselves reflected at every level of an enterprise.
Women Who Lead in Tech celebrates the achievements of leaders at Comcast Cable by championing their accomplishments and gaining insight from their personal experience on how to empower the next generation of diverse women in tech.
