Sola is considered by many to be a trusted advisor and broad picture strategist. He works with courageous leaders and creators to live with purpose and implement their vision. Sola served as EVP, Corporate Strategy and Planning for A+E Networks and worked for the National Football League globally in the areas of media, marketing and events. Prior to his work with A+E, Sola was the Founder of ProVision Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in leadership and organizational transformation for 11 years.

Sola is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), and on the Board of the Opportunity Network, the David Lynch Foundation Leadership Advisory Council and The Moth’s Director’s Circle.

Sola was a 2014 NAMIC Luminary Award recipient and was recognized in 2016 and 2017 as one of the 100 Most Influential Minority Leaders in Cable by Cablefax. Savoy Magazine recently included Sola as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America in 2017.

He graduated from the University of Connecticut. He has an MSW from NYU and an MBA from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business.

Sola has two beautiful children, a son Miles Jayson, age 14, and daughter Zoe Joy, age 7. He proudly continues the Winley family tradition of faith, advocacy and healing in Harlem, NY as well as for marginalized communities in need around the world.
