Scarlett Abraham Clarke is a vice president, chief diversity and inclusion officer at Commonwealth Financial Network. With the firm since 2020, she directs all aspects of Commonwealth’s diversity commitments, which involve employee engagement, inclusive hiring, retaining and training a talented, diverse workforce, and ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in the DNA of the organization.

Scarlett currently sits on the board of the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA) as a director and chair of the diversity committee. She is also on the board of directors of MEDIAGIRLS and serves on The Partnership, Inc.’s executive leadership council.

As an immigrant Latina and a mom, Scarlett feels a strong sense of urgency and responsibility to raise awareness, advocate, and ignite action toward inclusion.
