The Men of Color Leadership Conference (MOC) engages Corporate America’s most vibrant and influential men. It is where top-tier executive leaders of color share their experiences and insights. MOC was founded by Color Magazine to bring together professionals of color and their companies for a day of inspiration, networking, and success stories. Historically hosted in Boston and NYC, Color Magazine is now partnering with The Daily Record to bring MOC to Maryland. Featuring local and national corporate and public figures, the conference is one of few focused specifically on men from multicultural backgrounds.
