Juna (pronounced Gina) Pierre is a Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience in the private and public sectors. Juna has worked in the financial services, public health, education, and defense industries. In 2017, Juna launched Delino HR to provide Human Resources support to non-profit organizations by conducting investigations, facilitating trainings and mediations, and writing and updating policies. In 2018, Juna became the Founding President of the New England chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR New England). Her work with the Chapter allowed Juna to combine her background in HR and her passion for ensuring the HR function reflects the diversity of the employees we support. In February 2019, Juna was featured on the Hennessy Report, a podcast featuring leaders in the HR industry.
Juna holds a bachelor’s degree from Framingham State University, a masters from Emmanuel College, and she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute and Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management. Juna also holds diversity certifications from the University of South Florida, MUMA College of Business. Juna is an alum of The Partnership Inc. Fellow program. Juna lives on the South Shore with her husband, Eddy, and their two children, Elijah and Sophia.
