Jennifer Carrion is Manager of Diversity Recruiting at Morgan Lewis. In this firm-wide role, Jennifer is responsible for enhancing the firm’s diversity recruiting efforts, supporting the firm’s diversity strategy and initiatives at target law schools and increasing the pool of diverse incoming and lateral attorneys. She also collaborates with the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion team and firm leadership to strategically identify and provide recommendations for ways in which the firm can attract, retain and develop a more diverse attorney pipeline.
