Jason Whitcomb
Program Manager — Cisco, Office of Inclusion and Collaboration
In his role as a Program Manager, Jason partners with leadership to develop inclusive long-term strategic solutions to drive exponential value across Cisco for current and future employees. He is responsible for the development and execution of key strategic partnerships that encompass the full spectrum of diversity and focus on how Cisco attracts, retains, and develops top talent. Jason has lead several cross-functional teams in the execution of enterprise-wide diversity surveys, large-scale calendar initiatives, and life-changing employee development programs.
Prior to joining Cisco, Jason established innovative solutions and executed on key strategic platforms as an Entertainment and Player Marketing Manager at the National Football League. Jason developed a portfolio of opportunities for key demographics including Women, Hispanics, and Former Players. Programs that continue to be successful to this day.
Jason is a second generation D&I advocate and attributes his success to his father, where his passion for advancing the opportunities for underrepresented groups truly began at home.
Whitcomb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Sports Management and minor in Business from San Jose State University.
