Bolstered by over 23 years of Diversity and Inclusion experience, James Jones crafted a career that lends him to being a subject matter expert in the space. Acting as an Executive Coach; Diversity and Inclusion Strategist for his own consulting practice, Mr. Jones provides unparalleled service to clients. These services include designing and delivering diversity training, as well as, Executive development and deriving enterprise diversity solutions. 

Mr. Jones honed these skills previously as Vice President, then as Senior Vice President, Education and Diversity Solutions at NAMIC (National Association for Multi-Ethnicity In Communication) for 14 years. Prior to NAMIC, Mr. Jones served as Senior Director, Diversity at NACME (National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering) for 9 years. 

James Jones received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Harvard University and went on to receive his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
