Daisy Auger-Dominguez is a multi-industry global leader with proven results designing, building and executing enterprise human capital transformations.  With global experience at the intersection of finance, entertainment, media and technology, Daisy combines a passion for re-imagining talent, culture and inclusion strategies.  She is a purpose-driven leader who builds high-performing, collaborative teams. Formerly, Daisy led Talent Acquisition at Viacom where she evolved the enterprise approach to recruiting, selection and hiring through the use of emerging technologies and inclusive, data and market driven practices.

In prior roles, Daisy led Diversity Staffing and Diversity and Inclusion Strategies at Google and the Alphabet companies; Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion at the Disney

ABC Television Group; and was a Managing Director of Executive Search Initiatives at Time Warner, and a credit risk analyst, and Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility and Vice, President of Diversity and Inclusion at Moody’s.

Daisy is a a frequent public speaker who is regularly called upon to speak about her ideas, strategies and solutions. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, and the Advisory Councils of Facing History and Ourselves and the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology’s Women of Color in Tech Initiative.   

An alum of the Coro Fellows Program, Daisy holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an

M.P.A. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at NYU.
