Benny J. Belvin II
Assistant Dean, Career Development at Brandeis University
Benny has been working as a career development professional for nearly 17years, including 10 years at Harvard University’s Office of Career Services where he designed innovative alumni engagement programs, developed and led new employer outreach initiatives across the office, and advised undergraduate and graduate students on a variety of topics in career management. Benny is passionate about career development and relationship management and has delivered numerous workshops on relationship-building across the country. Benny is currently the Assistant Dean of Career Development at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis. Benny holds a Master’s of Science in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He completed the Harvard University Administrative Fellowship Program and the Oxford University Executive Leadership Program. Benny served on the National Career Development Association (NCDA) Diversity Committee from November 2011-December 2014. He also served as a Reviewer for the NCDA Credentialing Commission from May 2017-December 2017. Benny has a designation as a Master Career Development Professional (Certified Master of Career Services) by the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
