Applications for Boston School Committee Requested

The School Committee Nominating Panel has begun the process of soliciting nominations for the sole position that will expire on January 2, 2017.  This year the Panel is required to submit its recommendations to the Mayor no later than December 5, 2016.

The Mayor must make his appointment no later than January 2, 2017.

Serving on the School Committee provides the opportunity to make a difference in the lives and education of thousands of students in the Boston Public Schools.
