Alexis “Lex” Miller

Director of Business Operations for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic – WeWork

Lex has opened and managed multiple new buildings for WeWork across the fast-growing markets of Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, and Montreal.

Lex joined WeWork in 2015 after founding Inspirado.Co, a business featuring inspirational home decor products that can be found in both domestic and international homes, workplaces, schools, and hotels. Previously, he worked on Wall Street to help build a private firm focused on credit default swaps and corporate bonds that was eventually acquired by a public company.

He is also a member of multiple Boston BUILD committees, working with the nonprofit that is dedicated to experiential learning through entrepreneurship and igniting the potential of youth in under-resourced communities. Recently, he was named a Boston Chamber of Commerce Top Young Leaders nominee.

Lex is a graduate of Fordham University in New York and resides in East Boston with his fiancé Mónica.
