Keznamdi was born in Kingston, Jamaica. His parents performed in the reggae band Chakula, which released 10 albums and toured extensively.
He taps into a feel-good musical vibration of up-and-coming reggae. He recently released the EP Skyline Levels Vol. 1, which debuted at no. 3 on the iTunes reggae album charts.
Keznamdi & Friends will perform at the Red Room at Cafe 939 on Monday, December 11. Showtime 8 PM. Tickets $5 for students / $12 in advance / $15 general admission (standing room only)
