But as women of color, we face unique challenges – internal and external, personal/cultural and organizational – that cause us to ask “Is the high worth the climb?” In our time together, we’ll go beyond executive presence tips and self-care Sundays to explore three powerful strategies specifically designed for women of color to make sure you not only get to the corner office but also love who you are in it.

It covers building a strong personal brand, identifying and leveraging networking opportunities.
11:15 AM Eastern Time	Session – Stella Kim	Join us for an enlightening session featuring Stella Kim who will share her experiences as an Asian-American 1.5 generational talent executive, HR advisor, and career coach. Stella brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the forefront as she delves into the vital topic of “Building a Multigenerational and Multicultural Workforce.”
