WOC Innovator Awards Nominations

Nominees must be able to demonstrate the following…

• Mission impact: How your innovation and/or innovative company is helping to address specific challenges faced by your industry and the demographics it serves.
• A challenge and to the status quo as it pertains to your industry
• Tangible evidence of efforts driving innovation in your industry.
• The innovative solution itself — both the technology, product, business practice, etc. involved and how the company/individual is leveraging it.
• Nominees must also identify as both a woman and a person of color.
