Julianne Haskell, Managing Director of Global Inclusion and Diversity at State Street, will talk about running global ERGs. Isabel Cruz, Senior Human Resources Manager at GE will explain how ERGs align with talent management. The keynote speaker for the Value of Employee Resource Groups will be Juliette Mayers, President and CEO of Inspiration Zone, LLC, a multicultural consulting firm.
