The Japan Society of Boston invites you to travel to Nara Prefecture, June 26 – July 3, 2017. The eight-day trip will include a three-night homestay and insider tours of famous landmarks and local gems. The cost is around $2,700, all-inclusive. Children and seniors are encouraged to attend. Join JSB for the Japan trip you have been pining for, alongside your fellow JSB members.
A special Open House and Information Session welcomes Ms. Hiroko Todoroki, lead organizer in Japan of the exchange program in which we will participate. The Japan/America Grassroots Summit is a decades-old tour and homestay program that celebrates the legacy of friendships that uphold the peace between our nations. It gives travelers many memorable experiences organized by local volunteers in Japan. This includes the rare privilege of staying with a Japanese host family.
Come to the Open House & Trip Information on February 6, 2017 from 4-7 PM at JSB and have any questions answered by Ms. Todoroki and JSB staff.
The JSB office is now at 50 Milk St., Boston, within the Cambridge Innovation Center. When you enter the building, please check-in and take the elevator to the 18th floor. If a staff member is not there to greet you, please text or call 617-514-7345. If you cannot attend an info session but would like to discuss the trip, contact our office anytime at the same number.
