Sam Trump is a multi‐instrumentalist and singer/songwriter whose soulful take on a modern sound creates an experience that is best described as hypnotic. A man of many talents, he not only sings, but plays the trumpet and ukulele, and is heavily involved in Chicago’s live music scene. He is currently touring full‐time with live HipHop/Jazz/Soul band, Sidewalk Chalk, who is scheduled to release their 4th album in 2017.

A few notable performances would be for SheaMoisture and Chicago Urban League, and Trump has opened up for international acts such as Jose James and Kindred The Family Soul.

A recent, notable collaboration is on Add‐2’s latest album, Prey For The Poor, where Sam co‐composed two songs that featured Grammy Award Winner, Rapsody.

Trump’s two latest Official Music Videos have received critical acclaim for their positive message and imagery. Check out “Brother” and “Count On Me” at www.SamTrumpOnline.com.
