Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion — Mass General Brigham

Rogelio (Roger) Guzman is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Mass General Brigham (MGB). He joined MGB in 2020 to lead its community and DEI efforts as the Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Consulting.

Prior to MGB, Rogelio served as the Manager of Global Diversity & Inclusion for The TJX Companies, Inc. Roger came to TJX in 2012 after working at State Farm Insurance Companies and Walmart. Roger’s current capacity is to oversee Diversity & inclusion relationships in the community.  Additionally, TJX’s Associate Resource Groups report to him.

Roger is a graduate of El Colegio Universitario de Cayey, Puerto Rico where he got his B.A. in English with a minor in Secondary Education.  Although he left the teaching profession many years ago, he’s still a teacher at heart, helping people to learn and develop.

He currently serves on the board of the National Hispanic Corporate Council (NHC) and the NHCC Learning and Development Committee.

Roger is married to Susan, and they live in Stow with their two children.
