Dr. Robert Rodriguez is the president of DRR Advisors LLC, a diversity consulting firm with a specialization in employee resource group optimization.  He is the creator of the 4C ERG Model which serves as a strategic framework for the employee resource group initiatives at over 200 companies. His 4C ERG assessment tool is also leveraged by dozens of corporations to assess the impact, effectiveness and overall health of their employee resource groups.  His work with employee resource groups also includes establishing internal ERG Leadership Academies, conducting ERG summits, and facilitating leadership training for ERG leaders. 

Along with his extensive work with ERGs, Dr. Rodriguez is one of the nation’s leading experts on corporate Latino initiatives.  He serves on the executive education faculty at both Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas and the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles where he teaches Latino leadership courses.  He holds a doctorate in Organization Behavior and is the author of two books, “Auténtico: The Definitive Guide to Latino Career Success” and “Latino Talent:  Effective Strategies to Recruit, Retain and Develop Hispanic Professionals.”  His expertise in Latino talent initiatives is one of the reasons that Hispanic Business magazine recently named Dr. Rodriguez as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Latinos in Corporate America.
