Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer  — Charter Communications

Rhonda Crichlow joined Charter in October 2016 as its first Chief Diversity Officer and is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of Charter’s diversity and inclusion strategy.  In 2019, Ms. Crichlow also assumed responsibility for Charter’s Community Impact function, focused on strategic philanthropic investments and employee volunteerism. Rhonda joins Charter after 10 years with Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (NPC), where she most recently served as Vice President and Head, US Diversity & Inclusion, President of the Novartis US Foundation, and a member of the Innovative Medicines Executive Committee.  

Ms. Crichlow has received numerous awards and recognitions.  In 2018, CableFax named Rhonda one of the Most Influential Minorities in Cable.  Similarly, in 2018, Black Enterprise recognized Ms. Crichlow as one of the Top Executives in Corporate Diversity, a distinction she also received in 2016.  Ms. Crichlow is also a 2016 Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Luminary Award winner, in recognition of her significant contributions to the healthcare industry, as well as a 2015 Top Blacks in Healthcare Award Honoree, which recognized individuals in the healthcare sector whose work creates access to healthcare for African Americans in underserved communities. She is also a 2013 Cornerstone of the Community Award recipient, a 2010 Helping People Move Forward Award recipient, and a 2008 YMCA Tribute to Women and Industry Award recipient.      

She received her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University, a Master of Public Policy from Duke University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia Law School.
