Today, Luz is Vice President, Global Head of Talent and Inclusion and Diversity at National Grid and has worked with various multibillion-dollar corporations, such as Comcast and Thermo Fisher Scientific as well as The Hanover Insurance Group and City year. With a 25-year track record of delivering improved talent capabilities, growth, and transformation, Luz is a people maximizer. By means of her Emotional Intelligence horsepower, Luz leads change through ambiguity; helping organizations manage transitions all the while tapping into the potential of its people assets and coaching towards high-performance outcomes.
Luz is also passionate about serving her community and has contributed to the success of Boston based programs such as Women of ALPHA and The Partnership. Luz delivers leadership development workshops and keynotes on various platforms. She holds a degree in Business and various HR and Learning certifications. Her leadership mission is to illuminate pathways that inspire growth and development particularly in women and women of color especially. As of recent, Luz has joined the Latino Board Fellowship where she continues to full-fill her personal commitment to make a lasting difference in the lives of people.
