Kimberly has built a twenty-year career by guiding global Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy for leading global organizations across a range of industries including financial services, global professional services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products and academia. During her tenure at a global professional services firm, Kimberly led the largest business unit in increasing diversity recruitment over 46% in the technology industry by infusing innovative talent strategies that extended across the enterprise and into the overall organization’s business and revenue models.

By ensuring D&I is in the DNA of the business, Kimberly brings together diverse synergies, strengths, and perspectives to achieve business imperatives and recruitment goals, drive innovation, and advance talent performance. Additionally, as a developer and trainer of leaders, Kimberly’s leadership expands pathways to propel inspired diverse leaders to senior leadership roles and/or the C-Suite positions within leading global companies. Kimberly delivers cutting edge training and development programs to ensure that diverse leaders are adequately prepared for top performance.

RDG’s Business Performance Practices assess leading companies, top universities, and nonprofits to ensure they are effectively identifying, attracting, deploying, retaining, engaging and developing top diverse talent. RDG also develops interactive personal, professional, and leadership development training programs as well as creative recruitment, deployment, and retention solutions for all levels of diverse employees. The People Performance Practice trains CEO’s, executives, and athletes on speaking and presentation skills. Kimberly’s second entrepreneurial venture, a senior partner at the Ascendant Group specializes in personal and executive branding and a founding member of the Forbes Agency Council for PR and Advertising. With an award-winning team across company culture, design, and PR-related work the company has a clientele that has ranged from multibillion-dollar company CEOs and executives to fast-growth entrepreneurs.

Kimberly served on several professional and not-for-profit boards. She served as Board Chair, Workforce and Economic Revitalization for Communities in Camden New Jersey; Girl’s Empowerment and Education national organization Teenshop; Philadelphia Tribune Foundation; and others. Kimberly is a regular speaker and lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s LEAD Program, National Leadership Consortium, Temple University, KPMG and Howard University’s Leadership Programs. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government/DiverseForce Board Governance Training Program; a member of The Forum for Executive Women, an elite national organization dedicated to the professional advancement of Women; as well as The Links, Inc., one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations of accomplished, dedicated African American Women who are active in their communities.

Kimberly has been featured on FOX News, 6ABC, Huffington Post Business, TechX365, Clear Channel, IHeartMedia and Radio One, and its subsidiaries for her leadership in diversity, and advocacy on Women and minorities in leadership, business and entrepreneurship. She has earned numerous awards and has been recognized repeatedly by such organizations as the Urban League, American Express, National Association of Black Accountants, National publications and the City of Philadelphia for her leadership. In 2017, Kimberly was named one of the Minority Business Leader’s Awards, Philadelphia Business Journal and was appointed to the 2017 CEO Access Network, Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the 2018 Women of Excellence: Game Changer Award, South Jersey magazine honoree. Kimberly was recently inducted to the West Chester University Legacy of Leadership Class of 2019. Each year the university honors six alumni who has demonstrated service to the institution through student leadership and continue to utilize those leadership skills in their lives today.

Kimberly earned her B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and Public Administration from Westchester University. Kimberly also received her certification in Global Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Management, Temple Fox School of Business. Kimberly also earned her Masters of Education, Adult Organizational Development and Public Policy, and received certifications in Training and Development and Communication and Conflict from Temple University.
