Monica Molina Austin is the founder of Westwind, LLC, a global leadership coach and organization consultant with over twenty years of proven results in the corporate, education, and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to Westwind, Monica served as a Human Resources leader within The New York Times Company, including Executive Director of HR overseeing the internal coaches and consultants, co-chair of the Diversity Council, and Internal Consultant with The New York Times. Monica holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Labor & Human Resource Policy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations. Monica also has a Master Coaching Certification from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and is a certified instructor in The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument®(HBDI®), Birkman, Lominger, and Team Management Systems and Civil Treatment.
