Draco Rosa is a multi-Grammy-winning Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, musician, composer, record producer, and entrepreneur all at once. He kicked off his career in the ’80s as member of the Latino boy band Menudo and has since become a household name for his own solo career and for his role in launching Ricky Martin’s musical career by co-writing and producing many of Martin’s hit singles including “María,” “Livin’ La Vida Loca,” “La Copa de La Vida,” “She Bangs,” and “Shake Your Bon-Bon.” After a remarkable recovery from cancer, Rosa is performing an intimate concert in support of his new album due to be released this spring.

 

An evening with Draco Rosa takes place Saturday, May 6, at the Berklee Performance Center, Showtime is 8 PM. Tickets are $48, $42, $37, $28.
