Dr. Beverly “Bev” Edgehill has committed her career to being a catalyst for organizational and individual development and change.

As an accomplished organizational development (OD) adviser, Bev guides leaders and their teams in achieving alignment between strategy, organizational priorities, and individual work performance. Additionally, she designs organizational solutions to manage complex and large-scale changes that support existing and emerging business priorities. For the past 25 years, Bev has enjoyed partnering with leaders to co-design organizational development and change solutions inside retail and financial services companies, as well as serving in the position of President and CEO of The Partnership, a Massachusetts-based, non-profit leadership development organization. Dr. Edgehill has received numerous awards for her work and is featured in two books on leaders who make a difference – Boston Inspirational Women, and Portraits of Purpose: A Tribute to Leadership. Bev teaches graduate level courses in Leadership, and OD and Change Management.

In addition to serving as an organization development adviser, Dr. Edgehill is equally committed to mentoring career professionals in the practice of work-life success. As the former President and CEO of The Partnership, Dr. Edgehill designed a comprehensive leadership development and career-mentoring program for professionals at various career stages. During her tenure as President and CEO, Bev hosted mentoring circles for more than 1,000 career professionals on how to grow and advance their careers. Dr. Edgehill’s work at The Partnership is featured in a Harvard Business School case study. She has also served a regional selection panelist for the White House Fellows program under both the Bush and Obama administrations.

Bev completed her doctoral studies at Columbia University, Teachers College, with a degree in Adult and Organizational Learning. She is a sought-after speaker at conferences and workshops and has published several articles on the topic of career success. She is currently employed at TJX Companies as vice president and global head of the OD Center of Expertise.
