Donna Summer is Boston’s #1 selling music artist worldwide. The Beyonce of her time, she went on to score 5 Grammy Awards (all in separate categories) 1 Oscar and is STILL celebrated throughout the world for her truly amazing talent. From Mission Hill to the South End, from Dudley to Dorchester, Ms. Summer left Boston at 17 but always found a way to return.

She may have passed in 2012 but she lives forever in our hearts.
