POCV stands for The Professionals of COLOR Virtual Career Summit. Our summit builds upon the traditional career fair model by leveraging the values of networking, thought leadership, and professional development. Our goal is to help professionals of color to cultivate their careers with leading inclusive organizations.

Participating companies have numerous open positions, but they will not be offering on-the-sport hiring at the event. We encourage attendees to engage the recruiters during the “Recruiter Conversations” block and follow up on career connections after the event.
