File Preparation (Print):
Accepted file types: PDF, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, EPS, or TIFF. If you do not have the capabilities to supply ads in one of these formats please contact Color Magazine.
Bleed: All Advertising submitted to bleed must be supplied with an image that extends 1/8″ beyond the trim size. All bleed advertising must have a safety margin; text and logos in the ad must bet set 1/4″ in from the trim size.
All files submitted to Color Magazine must be converted to process color (CMYK) or grayscale (halftone) with all fonts embedded, built at 100 % to size @ 300 dpi and with bleed if needed. Do not send JPEG file. Do not send RGB files. Any ads needing additional work (ie. xing bleeds, font problems, etc.) will accrue charges for which the advertiser is responsible. Color Magazine requires that all ads are provided digitally.
Color Magazine is an online and print, all-inclusive publication focused on highlighting topics of interest for Corporate America and its diverse professionals. Based in Downtown Boston, MA, Color Magazine was founded in 2007 by Josefina Bonilla and it is now an affiliate of BridgeTower Media.
